Robert Osei holds a B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). Robert has over 25 years of construction and civil engineering experience acquired in both Ghana and the United States and was one of the pioneers who worked on the first thermal power plant in Ghana.
Elvis Appiah received his B.Sc. in Development Planning (Policy Option) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, as well as a Master’s in Financial Management. Elvis joined Capitol in 2017 and has been instrumental in the day-to-day administrative management of the organization.
Samuel Lartey holds a B.Sc. in Development Planning (Policy Option) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, as well as a Master’s degree in Financial Management. With his 20+ years of experience, he has garnered an in-depth understanding of the construction industry in Ghana.
Ernest Sampson holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Ernest is a Professional Engineer and a Professional Member of the Ghana Institute of Engineers. His engineering experience spans across 25 years and he was an integral part of the team that built the first thermal plant in Ghana at Aboadze in Takoradi.
Shine Agamah holds a B.Sc. degree in Marketing and Accounting from the University of Professional Studies. He is a passionate and results-driven marketer, with cross-functional experience in the construction, auto, banking and agricultural industries for multinational firms across Ghana. He joined Capitol in 2020 and has [#] years experience in the marketing space.
Yakubu Ibrahim graduated from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology with a [name] degree. He joined Capitol with substantial construction and project management experience and is now the General Manager of Capitol.
Edmund Adabo is the head of the procurement department at Capitol. His department enables Capitol to source the best and most cost-effective materials for your projects.
Felix Ladzekpo has extensive experience in equipment/plant maintenance. He holds a B.Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, as well as a Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
Benjamin Eshun holds a B.Sc. degree in Building Technology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, as well as an Executive Certificate in Project Management and Corporate Leadership. Ben has over 12 years experience in the building industry, specializing in cost budgeting and risk management.
Benjamin Osei Frimpong is our lead field engineer who still helps maintain the AKSA Energy project - Ghana’s 370mw power plant. His leadership and expertise allows our clients receive the best in engineering, construction, and management expertise.

Kofi Adum Bawuah is an accomplished businessman and entrepreneur with over 30 years of international and local experience in civil construction, logistics and exports. Kofi is a graduate of Medgar Evans College in Brooklyn, New York.
